I don't know how I'd
get through all this shit
without music.

Scale reads: 129.5
Not as bad as I thought.
This means I worked off all the weight
I gained from the binges
And I'm back to where I was.

I feel better,
I feel back in control.

Has anyone else noticed that
everyone eats more when they're with
their friends?

I went to the mall and while
my friends stuffed their faces in the food court,
I didn't even have to start
snapping the rubberband around my wrist 
or pinch the fat on my thighs
to keep in control;
I just was.
And it was the best feeling.

Tomorrow I have plans for
some good under-aged drinking.
I know there's plenty calories
in alcohol, so I probably
won't eat too much for the day.

Question:
Does anyone know any
good workouts for inner thighs?

  1. Squats are good for tightening the thighs and pilates is great for them. BTW we have nearly the same stats.. cept i'm 5'7'' and 125ish

  2. good for the inner thighs: lay on your side and keep you stomach tensed. slowly lift your leg up and slowly go down with out touching your lifting leg to the resting one. repeat as needed. this will work the inner and outer thigh at the same time.
    also good for the inner thighs: stand with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart and make your feet turn to the sides. slowly squat and come back up. do not hold on to anything when you do this. your inner thighs will help keep you balanced and get a good workout. this one takes some coordination and practice.

  3. hm i dont know ne good just htigh workouts i do alot of cardio which works out my legs
    yes ppl do eat more when they are with there friends good job on not though
