I'm feeling good today. :]
Beginning of this week,
Scale read: 141.5
Yuck.
I woke up on Thursday and the
Scale read: 139
Fasted thursday, only having 25 cals.
Friday, woke up,
Scale read: 135
I had soccer practice and shit so I had to eat.
I ended up eating
527 cals.
Which was way more than I planned,
But it actually worked in my favor.
Woke up this morning,
Scale read: 133.5.
I also went shopping with my mom yesterday,
Buying a jean size lower than my normal one.
I will not go over this size again.
So, I feel pretty good.
Breakfast: Mom insisted I have
cereal with 2% milk.
170 cals.
I'm planning on having saltine crackers
for lunch,
60 cals.
And I have no idea what dinner will be,
But I don't plan on going over a
Total of 400 cals. for the day.
(Maybe even 300 if I can help it.)
Hoping to be in the 120's by next week.
