..:: Pour Me Out ::..

Find me outside sitting in the rain,
 On the curb in pain, my heart is breaking.
 You look at me, holding on to a dream
 That filled me long ago
 But I'm still waiting, I'm still holding on.
~He Is We

Breakfast this morning was a muffin,
which goes perfectly with my muffin top.

I won't be eating anything else until tonight (maybe).
A couple friends are coming over, and we'll be drinking.
Oddly enough, I usually wake up a couple pounds lighter
after a night of drinking.
Even when I drunkenly binge.

(I am on my period, though.
I wonder if that'll make it any different?)

But I'm determined not to tonight.
Plus, I usually don't eat too much when I know
I'll be drinking.
It makes me less likely to throw up, and gets me more drunk.

I drink vodka with Coke Zero as a chaser,
and usually have a couple
Sour Patch Kids after each shot.

So calorie wise, a muffin and SPK aren't exactly the best
start to getting back on track, but quantity wise it's not too bad
(compared to lately, anyways).
Plus, I guess it's kind of cheating when I know
drinking will help me a bit;
not that I'll be becoming an alcoholic any time soon.

Sorry for the lackluster post,
but I really did mean what I said last post.
I have work tomorrow, but I'll try to post again,
and report back how well the vodka's got my back tonight.

I'd really like to catch up on your blogs too.

Anyways, Good Luck,
Stay Strong (saying that now makes
me feel like a hypocrite).
Bleh.
